A wind chill warning was in effect across all of Minnesota this morning. The air temperature in Minneapolis at 5 a.m. was minus 14, with a windchill of minus 36.
In St. Paul, the windchill at 5 a.m. was minus 42.
Holy fricken frostbite, Batman!
