Summer Blooms

Our lawn may be golden-brown and it crunches when I walk on it, but as long as I stay on top of watering, the garden seems to love this heat -- so many things are in bloom! There are white, yellow and orange flowers on the Thunbergia vines on the trellises.

Three of my new (as of this year) Perovskia (Russian sage) have blossoms.

Here's the very first morning glory flower of the year!

The Rudbeckia are getting ready to do their thing; here's their first blossom.

And the tomatoes coming along too!
